Baler Express 5040 was developed to meet the demand for heavier work such as the packing of crop stubble and some tropical pastures and, therefore, its transmission system is total by means of transmission and cardan box to guarantee the proper functioning of its mechanism.
Its main gearbox system is strong and with strong pinions developed to withstand the pressure of 100 strokes per minute of the compression piston, which ensures a fast and uniform compaction of the bales. Its transmission has cardan with clutch system and fuse bolt protection against overload.
Its collector has a working width of 1,58 m and with control by hydraulic control, its transmission is also by means of a pinion box. The collector has its support wheel and a shock absorber to absolve the impacts and adapt in the imperfections of the ground. It has a manual bale lift as an option that allows the bales to be driven directly on the trailer with the machine in operation.
Baler Express 4030 was developed to handle the operations of hay and forage of small size such as alfalfa, star grass, coast-cross and others. Its transmission is by means of gears, chains and belts it is perfectly designed to meet the
demands of normal haying operations. Its compression piston has 100 strokes per minute which allows a fast and uniform compaction of the bales.
Its picker has a working width of 1.40 m and has a support wheel and a shock absorber to absolve the impacts and adapt to the imperfections of the ground.
It has a manual bale lift as an option that allows the bales to be driven directly on the trailer with the machine in operation.
